About Charlotte
Charlotte's connection with India began 4 years ago. Having trained as a professional Contemporary Dancer at the London Contemporary Dance school, her dance career took her all over Europe for many years. A holiday to India with her family led to a chance encounter with a Bollywood agent and she didn't return to England for two years!
Charlotte danced in 10 blockbuster films including Jaaneman, Baabul and Jhoom Barabar Jhoom. She also immersed herself in Indian culture and even learnt some Hindi.
On her return to Brighton word got round of her wonderful adventure and people have been knocking at her door ever since to learn Bollywood. Charlotte can rarely go to a gathering without it ending in a Bollywood dance class and lots of fun for all. Not that she minds, Bollywood and India continue to bring her great joy and this passion and enthusiasm is reflected in every aspect of her work.
